BEMIHUB SKYHI PRIVATE LIMITED ("BeMiHub Fitness", "we") operates www.bemihubfitness.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP) and the EU GDPR (where applicable).

1. What we collect

• You give us: name, phone/WhatsApp, email, your fitness goal and region, and messages you send us.
• Payment: processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card details; we keep only payment status and order references.
• Automatically: basic device/usage data and cookies (see our Cookie notice below).

2. Why we use it (purpose & legal basis)

• To respond to enquiries and provide courses you buy (performance of a contract).
• To send service messages and, with consent, updates/offers (consent).
• To run, secure and improve the website (legitimate interests).
• To meet legal/tax obligations.

3. Sharing

We share data only with processors who help us run the service: payment gateway (Razorpay), our learning platform (LMS), WhatsApp/email providers, and analytics. They may only use it on our instructions. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Storage & security

Sensitive fields (name, phone, email) are encrypted. Access is restricted and logged. No method is 100% secure, but we take reasonable safeguards.

5. Retention

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymise it.

6. Your rights

Under DPDP/GDPR you can request access, correction, or deletion of your data, withdraw consent, and raise a grievance. To exercise any right, email support@bemihubfitness.com. We aim to action verified requests within 30 days.

Data deletion (Right to erasure)

Email us with subject "Delete my data" from your registered email/phone. We will verify and erase your personal data (except records we must keep by law) within 30 days.

7. Children

Our courses include content for minors, but accounts, enrolment and payment for anyone under 18 must be made and managed by a parent/guardian. We do not knowingly collect data directly from children without guardian involvement.

8. International transfers

Data may be processed outside your country by our providers, with appropriate safeguards.
