These Terms govern your use of www.bemihubfitness.com and our courses, operated by BEMIHUB SKYHI PRIVATE LIMITED. By using the site or buying a course, you agree to these Terms.
You must be 18+ to purchase. Minors may use courses only under a parent/guardian who makes the purchase and supervises participation.
Keep your login secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. Notify us of any unauthorised use.
On payment you get a personal, non-transferable licence to access the purchased course. "Lifetime access" means for as long as we reasonably operate the platform. You may not share, resell, record, or redistribute course content.
Prices are shown in INR, with USD/NPR for reference. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Where your account/gateway settles in INR, the charge is taken in INR. Taxes apply as per law.
All content, branding and materials belong to BEMIHUB SKYHI PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors and are protected by law.
Don’t misuse the site, attempt to breach security, scrape, or infringe others’ rights. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
